Recently, Lisa was the Director of Human Resources for Parker Aerospace, Fluid Systems Division which is a $1B division within Parker Hannifin. In this role, she was responsible for the human resources function for the division’s 4 U.S. locations and 1 site in Mexico with approximately 1,300 team members across the five locations.

Prior to Parker Aerospace, Lisa held human resources leadership roles at the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), a wastewater utility (Orange County Sanitation District) and Pioneer Electronics. She has extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership development, team building, performance management and employee engagement.

Lisa received a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Chapman University in Orange, California. She has two certifications as a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP and HRCI-SPHR). In addition, Lisa is a Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is an Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner through Wiley.
